Glades Association

The Glades Golf & Country Club is a condominium association regulated by the Condominium Act and Chapter 718 FL Statutes.

The operation is managed onsite by the Association and Community Association Managers with administrative support.

The Glades Board of Directors works in hand with the Association in good faith to act as a fiduciary and promote the best interests of the Glades and all unit owners.

There are 1169 units in the Association which is split up into 12 individual sections. Each section has their own monthly fee, but all unit owners pay the same towards common expenses.

Do NOT apply to the Glades Golf & Country Club as there are no condominium buildings 3+ stories and we are further than 3 miles from the coast.
